Track each compliance engagement from fee quote to filing. A case generates its stage list and its dates from the entity’s financial year end, and carries chasers, an escalation chain, a three-level review and its own billing. Everything stays in this browser — use Export for backup or to move between machines.

Working in a team? Version 2 keeps one shared case list for everyone at your firm, logs who changed what, and covers corporate income tax, personal income tax, ACRA annual returns and IRAS queries as separate cases. Closed beta. This version stays free.

Annual compliance flows assume companies — the stage dates are generated from the financial year end (e.g. FYE 31 December, YA 2026 → request draft accounts by 14 February, file ECI by 31 March, chase final accounts from 31 July, file by 30 November 2026).

Templates & data

Placeholders: [entity_name] [uen] [fye] [ya] [fee] — and [scope] in the quote/bill pulls in the merged scope template. The copy buttons on a case merge these with that case’s details.

Notes (beta)

  • Statutory anchors: ECI due within 3 months of FYE (waiver conditions not modelled); Form C-S / C due 30 November of the YA. The 45-day and 7-month prompts are practice-management conventions — adjust your own working dates as needed.
  • Stage links point to the Instant Tax Package for ECI and the GL Analyser for computation prep.
  • Everything is client-side, saved in this browser only (localStorage). Export JSON regularly — clearing browser data clears your cases. Import replaces everything, so export first.
  • Client names and UENs never leave this device. See the site terms and data policy.
Beta — an early build, so expect bugs and rough edges. Double-check its output before you rely on it, and tell me what’s broken — I keep improving the tools people actually use.
